There’s too much rain for the little folks, so we’re canceling today’s Family Ride. Hopefully April 16 will be better. Stay tuned!

April 16 looks a bit dodgy for us, as I have commitments on campus (just want to let everyone know we are still here and still interested despite having missed the second ride!).
We got half way there this morning before we got the cancellation call from Meghan (thanks!), which we received while I was sitting in the rain changing a flat. To add insult to injury, my spare tire, which was already a patch job, also went flat on the ride back home. Mini-epic.
Kids are keen for another community ride, so hopefully I’ll be able to get some wiggle room on campus for the 16th. Enjoy the day everyone.

Thanks Brian – sorry I didn’t call before you were out of the house! If you & the kids can possibly make it on the 16th that would be great. The ride will explore the proposed bike & ped. improvements in the Lin Howe school area. It’s the first step in an effort to bring the Safe Routes To School district-wide. We should have lots to see & talk about!
